My personal experience with the hospice was very impressive. From my first phone call to the hospice then a home visit followed quickly, putting all my personal details on record, advising what service I can have and put that into action efficiently. Regular phone calls to reassure.

This comment is not a criticism. When I missed their call I try to call back but never reach the person. This reflects how busy you are!
